Welcome to 2021...let's start the year off with a fun event!

Everyone likes "The Big Game" and we thought it would be fun to have a 'little skin in the Game'. There are more than just four (4) chances to win. Please read the two (2) PDFs below and pick your numbered Boxes by January 31, 2021. 

How to buy a SuperBox....

1. Complete the form below.

2. Enter the number of boxes you desire at $25 per Box.  (Payment is via PayPal from our website ONLY! )

3. In the Message box, clearly indicate the Box you desire (1-100) AND alternate numbers, too, if the Box you chose has already been picked a Box(s) will be randomly assigned to you.
